"I am very disappointed with them. I ordered a bundle pack 50dvd-r (X2speed)and dvd cases. They arrived a week later - no big deal free shipping. They do not work it took 4 dvd's just to burn 1 - so 3-1/2 hours and then at X1 speed. The DVD's are completely blank (record on purple side) just taped together in the box. Many of them were scratched. They don't respond to phone calls. They even have a recording that tells you - that. 1-***-***-**** ext. 142# (Jerry in the return dept.). So I have sent the second return request from their Web site. IF you buy from them you are stuck.... This is no way to do business. These cheap discs are not a bargain if they are useless- now how long will it take to get my $70.00 back? I ordered them April 22 it's now May 9th and I have no RMA number and no response at all."
